COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAYS

There are still delays globally as a result of covid-19. Thank you for your patience in receiving your orders. The following information has come directly from the Australia Post website.

Our operations are being affected by very high numbers of COVID-19 cases in the community.
  • On any given day hundreds of our team members are in self-isolation.
  • Our mail and parcel processing facilities may be affected by temporary closures.
  • State border closures and COVID-19 related airline disruptions mean there are fewer flights available to transport mail and parcels and this may cause longer delivery times.

International Deliveries

  • Many international routes are currently suspended, and remaining routes have much lower frequencies. This may cause longer transit times.
  • Items may be held longer than usual by Australian and overseas customs authorities.
  • Deliveries to and from overseas also depend on overseas postal and delivery services. Restrictions and operating constraints are causing delays in most countries.

Please note that we will not be refunding orders due to the extensive delays as this is unfortunately out of our control.
