Where are you located?

Tickled Pink Planning is based in Australia.

What type of sticker paper do you use?

Most of our stickers are printed in house on a beautiful, smooth premium matte paper. The stickers that are manufactured (Primrose samplers, kits and the basics range) are printed on a standard matte paper.

When will my order ship?

We aim to get all orders out as soon as we can (we're speedy!) but please see the announcement bar at the top of the page for a more accurate time frame.

Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?

If you want to change your order please contact us with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help. We cannot remove items from your order, but sometimes we can switch it to another item of the same value. We are unable to cancel orders.

Are there any coupon codes?

We don't often have coupon codes or sales, however when we do, you will hear about it on our Instagram page! You can also collect 'Primrose Pennies' that you can redeem for rewards. If you join our Facebook group, you may find a little discount code there!

What are Primrose Pennies?

You can join our loyalty program by clicking on the pink star at the bottom of your screen. Here you can earn points for each dollar spent on the store and redeem them in $5 or $10 lots. Minimum spend requirement to redeem your points is AU$10. 

My order has shipped, when can I expect to receive it?

Please visit our shipping page for all shipping information.

Why do the items keep changing price?

Our prices are listed in Australian dollars. The items when viewed in your local currency may appear to be changing price as the currency rate changes.

Do you accept custom orders?

We are not currently taking custom orders, however feel free to send us any design requests!

Will you sponsor my local event?

At this time we are not sponsoring any events.

Freebies

We usually include a small sticker freebie or postcard with all orders. If we happen to run out of stock, unfortunately a freebie is not guaranteed. If we have any other promotions, you will find them on our Instagram page.
