Do you ship internationally?

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the items in your cart, as well as the type of items in your cart (eg stickers only or bulkier items). Once the items reach a certain weight, the rates will increase to the next shipping bracket. 

Discounted Shipping

  • Domestic orders over AU$100 - $5 Tracked Shipping
  • International orders over AU$135 - $10 Tracked Shipping*
    If your order is over $135 but not showing $10 shipping, this is because it has reached the weight threshold of 500g. Contact us for a $10 shipping discount.
  • UK/EU orders $150 and over will receive the discounted shipping rate of $10.

Some products may be excluded from the discounted Shipping Promotion.

Do you ship with tracking?

We ship all parcels with tracking. If you have a small sticker order, letter rates will also be displayed at checkout. This does not include tracking. This option is selected at your own risk as we cannot be held responsible for missing mail once it is handed over to the delivery service, when we are unable to track an order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

There are currently delays worldwide as a result of COVID-19. Please see updated time frames on the home page.

Domestic: Please check the Australia Post website for current estimated delivery times.

International: Most orders arrive within 2-4 weeks but on some occasions, packages may be delayed. Please follow your tracking or visit the Australia Post website for current delays. Parcel rates are usually faster than letter mail.

Express Post

Express orders will be shipped within our current processing time and are not prioritised during packing. Express post generally takes 1-3 business days but please check the Australia Post website for current estimated delivery times. We cannot refund your postage due to Australia Post delays.

Will I be charged for customs tax?

Depending on the destination country, you may need to pay overseas customs, duties or taxes. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any fees that may be imposed. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.

UK/EU: Your packages will be sent with a tax invoice enclosed and the correct value written on the customs form. VAT and duties will be payable on receipt of your package.

Missing Mail

We are unable to take responsibility for missing mail if you decide to not purchase tracking. By purchasing from our store, you are agreeing to our store policies.

Where can I track my order?

We are currently shipping all orders with Australia Post. If you are an international customer, once the item reaches your country, please track with your local carrier.
